Nutrafits' unique group personal training programmes are aimed at providing variety, enjoyment and of course results. They are suitable for anyone wishing to lose weight, gain weight, improve health and fitness, strengthen and tone, or rehabilitate after injury or illness.
Group Sessions
keeping the more personal approach with small groups of up to 6 people, these group sessions will include challenging exercise programmes that you would normally only get from one to one personal training sessions.
Using different techniques and equipment, these sessions will be fun, rewarding and most of all results driven
Option 1
Get a group of your friends together, organise a time and a place and we can be there. Alternatively, you can just bring yourself and your friends along to Greens Health & Fitness, Leicester for your Nutrafit Group session. Don't forget to book first.
Option 2
Alternatively if you cannot organise your friends, you can attend one of Nutrafit's open group sessions at Greens Health and Fitness, Leicester.

PRICING: £10 EACH PER SESSION. BOOKING IS REQUIRED (non green members welcome)
