Nutrafits' unique group personal training programmes are aimed at providing variety, enjoyment and of course results. They are suitable for anyone wishing to lose weight, gain weight, improve health and fitness, strengthen and tone.


GROUP SESSIONS CURRENTLY RUNNING
 

LADIES BIKINI BOOTCAMP
Trim and Tone ready for your beach holiday.

Keeping the more personal approach with small groups, these group sessions will include challenging exercise programmes that you would normally only get from one to one personal training sessions. Using different techniques and equipment, these sessions will be fun, rewarding and most of all results driven.
A full body workout 2-3 times a week is most of your weekly exercise taken care of (some walking in between). No need to go to the gym. For the same price of a months gym membership get trained by a personal trainer upto 3 times a week.
All attendees will get a Nutrition & Exercise guidance pack and weekly reviews.
The bootcamp sessions will be 3 times a week for 4 weeks and will be be a mix studio & gym based at Nutrafit Luxury Training Studios.

Attend 2-3 times a week, follow the nutrition guidance pack and walk in between - Fully comprehensive Weight loss / fitness programme

MENS SIX PACK BOOTCAMP
Get the beach beautiful body!!

Mens only resistance workouts to trim and tone the body. Small groups of up to 6 undertaking a unique progressive weights programme with Leicester's elite trainers
The right full body workout 2 times a week is all the resistance work required to get results. Nutrafit workouts will be beyond anything that you will be able to achieve on your own 5 times a week.

How many hours are wasted at the gym doing weights and not getting the results you want??
Attend Nutrafit's bootcamp and follow nutrition & cardio advice and you can forget your gym membership?? An additional resistance workout and cardio advice can be given to undertake on own should be requested / required.
All attendees will get a full Nutrition & Exercise guidance pack.
The bootcamp sessions will be 2 times a week for 4 weeks and will be be a mix studio and gym resistance based at Nutrafit Luxury Training Studios.
