Nutrafit works with clients of all ages and all abilities to set and achieve their personal goals. Personal goals vary from client to client, and could include weight loss, weight gain, tone and strengthen, rehabilitation, body building, body conditioning or general health. "You name the diet and I have probably tried it. I’ve probably lost weight on it and then put it all back on …. Adding a few extra pounds each time. When I started training with Dan in Oct 2005 I was at my all time heaviest, lacking motivation and with no level of fitness. My goals were to lose weight, tone up and be able to run up a flight of stairs without being breathless. Having not set foot in a gym for over 10 years I was sceptical about how much of my goals I would actually be able to achieve but Dan assured me that given a little time and effort I would start to see results. In order for me to get the best results Dan advised me on my diet too, where I was going wrong and continually suggesting different things to keep me interested. I found the training sessions good fun, motivating, challenging but most of all rewarding when after just a few weeks I had lost the first half a stone. If I’m honest I didn’t think I’d last 4 weeks and I certainly didn’t expect to achieve the results that I have. Dan really does deserves the credit for making me realise that a healthy way of living can be fun, keeping me going when I wanted to give up and helping me achieve my own goals. Seven months on, I’m 5 stone lighter, 4 dress sizes smaller, have a good level of fitness and yes …… I still train with Dan.

Rehabilitation

"Before i contacted Nutrafit i was in a wheelchair from a stroke i had five years earlier. 7 months later i have gone from strength to strength. I have gone from being dependant on a wheelchair, to being dependant on a stick, and now having the strength and confidence to walk without my stick. I am very excited about the contuining development. Nutrafit have helped me immensely and without Dan i feel i would still be in a wheelchair. Dan has motivated me beyond what i thought possible, and has given me confidence in my future"
