Nutrafits' Weight Management Course - Learn to Eat is the education of nutrition and exercise to aid a healthy balanced diet and lifestyle. You will participate in the course along with up to 15 other students, and be educated on eating and exercise habits to encourage a healthy lifestyle. The course would suit anyone wishing to lose weight, gain weight, or eat more healthily.
Course Aims Health and Fitness the right way
The aim of the course is to learn the basics of dietary requirements and exercise to be able to start planning diet and exercise programmes to suit your individual needs and goals. Diets should be individual to each person, as everyone as different lifestyles and different calorie requirements. Diets should be complimented with a varied exercise plan, tailored to individual goals.

By the end of the course, you should have a good knowledge in different forms of exercise and how to use them for the desired effect, Exercise to encourage fat loss and / or muscle tone, how to get the most out of gym equipment, your own Body Compositon, Basic Food groups and why we need them, Healthy eating to encourage fat loss.
