Nutrafits' unique personal training programmes are aimed at providing variety, enjoyment and of course results. They are tailor-made to suit each individual client, and are suitable for anyone wishing to lose weight, gain weight, improve health and fitness, strengthen and tone, or rehabilitate after injury or illness.

Initial Consultation
Begin your Personal Training with a full lifestyle review, allowing your trainer to get a full understanding of your lifestyle and any restraints. A Body Composition Anaylsis and other accurate measurements are taken in order to set appropiate short and long term goals and objectives. Your trainer will then produce the exercise programme required to achieve the goals set.

Ongoing Training
Training sessions are undertaken as and when required in accordance with goals and programmes. Personal Training sessions can be as often as every day, through to as little as monthly sessions to keep motivated and to set new programmes. The training sessions can be undertaken at home, outside, in the gym or studio. No personal equipment is required.

Progress Meetings
Progress meetings are set at least every 6-8 weeks. During these meetings, new measurements and Body Composition Analysis are taken to aid the review of goals and objectives. New goals are then set along with a new exercise programme. It is vital to constantly review progress and programmes, to ensure motivation and enjoyment are maintained and to ensure results are achieved.
